Brands are usually accused of not valuing artists or giving them the support and exposure they deserve fortunately this is not the case with Cassper Nyovest and Samsung who have the perfect marriage.
Mufasa and Samsung announced their multi million dollar deal early this year which came with multiple Cassper Nyovest billboards , FillUp sponsorship, a TV ad and more!
Speaking on this Cassper wrote “Samsung really made me a Brand Ambassador, put me on a tv ad, gave me 31 phones worth 6 k each to give to my fans, put me on like 40 Billboards, sponsored #SAsMostWanted Then they sponsored #FillUpRoyalBafokeng all in 1 year!!! That’s pretty crazy!!!! Dankie!!! #GalaxyA30s”
The hit-maker is said to have sealed a deal worth R25 million with the tech pioneer.
The rapper is not the only happy with the partnership, Edward Makwana, Group Public Relations Lead, Corporate Marketing Division, Samsung recently said ““Samsung is proud to be the headline sponsor of Cassper Nyovest’s Fill Up Royal Bafokeng. Cassper is a pioneer intent on blazing new trails and bringing joy to his fans, a vision Samsung has always shared. His “Fill Up” concept was birthed from the notion that South Africa musicians cannot fill up stadiums without an international act and Cassper has proven people wrong. This is seamlessly aligned with Samsung’s brand ethos of “Do What You Can’t”. Samsung is proud to support innovative local artists and is firmly behind Cassper as he once again raises the bar in the South African music industry.”
